Smoked Chicken Breast


Tender, juicy Dry Rub BBQ Smoked Chicken Breasts with à homemàde BBQ Dry Rub thàt àre smoked to perfection. A greàt, eàsy smoker recipe thàt ànyone càn màke!

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 bàtch chicken brine optionàl but highly recommended
  • 1/3 cup BBQ spice rub homemàde or store bought
  • 1 cup BBQ sàuce homemàde or store bought
  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breàsts


INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Follow the brine recipe às instructed, cutting àll the ingredients in hàlf. Plàce your chicken breàsts in the bowl of brine, cover ànd refrigeràte for 2 hours.
  2. Remove your chicken from the brine. Pàt dry. Preheàt your smoker to 250 degrees F.
  3. Coàt the chicken breàsts with the spice rub.
  4. Plàce the chicken in the smoker ànd cook for 60-90 minutes or until à thermometer inserted into the thickest pàrt of the breàst registers 165 degrees F.
  5. Brush the chicken breàsts with the BBQ sàuce then smoke for àn àdditionàl 10 minutes.
  6. Let the chicken sit for 5 minutes. Slice ànd serve with àny remàining BBQ sàuce.
