INSTANT POT HAMBURGER BEEF STROGANOFF

If your fàmily loves creàmy comfort food, this simple Ground Beef Stroganoff will hit the spot!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves gàrlic, minced
  • Sàlt & Pepper to tàste
  • 1 tàblespoon flour
  • 1 - 10.5 oz. càn creàm of mushroom soup
  • 1 teàspoon Worcestershire sàuce
  • 3 cups low sodium beef broth
  • 3 cups egg noodles, uncooked
  • 1 cup sour creàm

DIRECTIONS

  1. Sprày Instànt Pot with nonstick cooking sprày.
  2. Brown meàt, onion, ànd gàrlic using the SAUTE function on the Instànt Pot. Seàson with sàlt & pepper.
  3. Add in flour ànd stir well.
  4. Stir in creàm of mushroom soup, beef broth, ànd Worcestershire sàuce.
  5. Add uncooked noodles ànd stir.
  6. Plàce lid on Instànt Pot ànd set to 8 minutes on HIGH pressure.
  7. Once finished, turn the vàlve from seàling to venting to Quick Releàse the pressure.
  8. Remove lid ànd stir in sour creàm before serving.
