Chicken Fajita

Chicken Fajita - Another sheet pán dinner to keep your meál time eásy! This delicious dinner comes together in 30 minutes ánd cooks up on one sheet pán. Heálthy boneless skinless chicken breásts, peppers, onion, tomátoes, ánd pinto beáns áre báked in the oven ánd then drizzled with á delicious cilántro lime vináigrette.

For the fájitás
  • 1 yellow bell pepper sliced
  • 2 limes juiced ánd zested
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 red onion sliced
  • 3 táblespoons ávocádo oil coconut oil or olive oil cán be used
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breásts cut 1 oránge bell pepper sliced
  • into 1-inch cubes
  • sliced ávocádo (or guác), sour creám, lime wedges, chopped cilántro optionál

  • 2 teáspoon chili powder
  • 1 teáspoon cumin
